Please do not play from freshly seeded areas, they are defined as ground under repair (rule 16)

Water Hazards (Rule 26)

Any unmarked sea, lake, pond, river, ditch, surfage drainage dich or other open water course is declared to be lateral water hazards withs natural boundary or defined with red line. All ground and water within the margin are part of the lateral water hazard.

Sandy Areas

Sand next to the Fairways are defined through the green.  The small sandy areas in the middle of the fairway and near the green are painted onto the stroke saver with dark sand color, which define bunkers.

Obstructions (Rule 24)

Movable Obstructions.

All advertising banners, TV cables or power cables, Enviromentally-Sensitive area post and ropes are Movable obstructions (R24-1).

Immovable Obstructions Close to Putting Green

Relief from interference by an immovable obstruction may be taken under Rule 24-2y. In addition, if ball lies trough the green and immovable obstruction on, or within two club-lenghts of the putting green and within two club-lenghts of the ball intervenes on the line of play between the ball and the hole, the player may take relief as follows:
The ball must be lifted and dropped at the nearest point to where the ball lay that:

• is not nearer the hole,
• avoids intervention and
• is not hazard or on the putting green.

If the ball lies on the putting green and an immovable obstruction within two club-lenghts of the putting green intervenes on this line of putt, the player may take relief as follows:
The ball must be lifted and placed at the nearest point where the ball lay that:

• is not nearer the hole,
• avoids intervention and
• is not in hazard.

The ball may be cleaned when lifted.

Immovable obstructions

All distance marking sticks, sprinkler heads, signposts, benches, wooden built paths in sandy areas, bridges, wooden walls near the 18 green and etc. declared to be immovable obstructions. Artificially surfaced paths and roads and their endings and extensions marked with white lines.

Abnormal ground conditions (Rule 25-1)

Enviromentally-Sensitive areas (ESA)

The areas left side of 13 and 14 and 16 holes marked with posts and ropes and with warning sign “Restricted Area” are defined ESA. These areas to be played as lateral water hazard. If it is known or virtually certain that a ball is in that ESA, the player MUST follow the warning label instructions and play under penalty of one stroke, proceed rule 26-1.

NOTE: If a ball dropped in accordance with Rule 26 rolls into a position where the ESA interferes with the players stance or the area of this intended swing, the player MUST take relief as provided below.

Interference with Stance or Area of Intended swing

If the ball lies through the green the point on the course nearest to where ball lies must be determined that a) is not nearer the hole, b) avoids interference by ESA and c) is not in hazard or on putting green. The player must lift the ball and drop it without penalty, within one club-lenght of the point so tetermined on a part of course that fulfills a),b) and c) above.
